WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
In the event that something has been damaged during shipping or if it does not properly meet the description in the shop, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss replacement (if it is not a one-of-a-kind item) or a refund of your money.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Absolutely! We ship via USPS and are happy to send packages anywhere the post office will take them.
Please note that customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. This is something you will want to take into account when you order overseas.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Packages are shipped within one week, but we usually have everything on its way by the next business day.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?
We strive as much as possible to be environmentally responsible with all our products. Many are printed on recycled or organic materials and will state that information in the listings.
In addition, we try to use all biodegradable or recyclable packaging. All plastic bags and sleeves, with the exception of reused materials, are biodegradable. (If you’re a business with similar goals looking for suppliers, we use ClearBags and Ecoenclose products.)
